Citizens Home Advocacy was the first loan mediation and mitigation company to place an emphasis on education by offering free workshops, seminars, and programming. This ensures the homeowners we represent have a better understanding of the housing crisis as a whole while keeping our team on the forward edge of new solutions that had not been previously available.

As part of our educational outreach, we also invest in innovating new solutions for homeowners that minimize damage to their long-term financial outlook. Homeowners are not the only beneficiaries. Citizens is recognized as a subject matter expert by members of the media and frequently coaches other mitigation companies so they can improve their performance to help more homeowners.
